Group Classes

With the motivation and support of others, our instructor-led group classes provide you with options to accommodate busy schedules—Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp offered in the mornings, Small Group in the evenings, and special events each month on the weekends. Workouts change every class so you don't get bored!


Personal Training

With personal training, the focus is you. We design a program specific to your needs and fitness goals and work with you on a 1:1 basis to achieve them. Personal training is ideal if you have specific goals or past injuries you want to work through.


Nutrition Consulting


We offer "goal-based" nutrition planning services that help you take all the guesswork out of nutrition for optimal health, optimal fat burning, muscle-building, or sports performance.
