Adventure Boot Camp
Adventure Boot Camp will get you in shape, give you self-confidence, keep you accountable to your fitness goals, and jump-start to a healthier you—no matter what your current fitness level.
In order to achieve the most out of your workouts, we suggest you plan to attend the first week of the beginning of a new session. See below for session start days and visit the schedule to see complete availability. We provide flexibility, so you can attend five days a week or drop-in when convenient.
August Boot Camp | First day: Monday, July 30
September Boot Camp | First day: Monday, Sept 3*

Park and meet in the parking lot next to Northpoint Custard.
Small Group workouts are co-ed and currently conducted outdoors at Coach's home in Shorewood, which is fully-equipped with weights, mats, and equipment. All sessions are a combo of strength and cardio training.
