All personal training clients receive a nutrition review based on how they already eat. Many people have great results using simple nutrition change suggestions but for those that need a little more structure; we offer "goal-based" nutrition planning services that help you take all the guesswork out of nutrition for optimal health, optimal fat burning, muscle-building or sports performance.
Customized one-on-one nutrition consults are held with resident nutrition expert, head coach and co-owner, Catherine Andersen. As a certified NESTA Fitness Nutrition Specialist, she offers private nutrition consultation options, all based on your goals.

The 30-Day Nutrition Clean-Up & Slim Down package is for anyone who has struggled with nutrition and is ready to stop the guessing game with food once and for all. You will work hand in hand with a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist to create a success lifestyle change and start moving quickly toward your health and wellness goals.
Once you complete the 30-day jump-start, you will have the tools to create and manage your own nutrition prep and “new normal” for the long haul. You will also get a “completion packet” with tons of exercise and nutrition tips. The goal is to make sure clients are comfortable managing their lifestyle and wellness choices on their own.

Do I have to live in Milwaukee to participate?
We will communicate 100% via text message, email, and Skype, so that we can work with clients all over the United States.
What is the cost to participate?
Our 30-day package is a “jump-start” program for $500. It includes three (3) Skype coaching calls, fitness/exercise suggestions, meal guidelines, menu planning help, as well as easy and healthy recipes.
What happens after the 30-days over?
Once you complete the 30-day jump-start, you will have the tools to create and manage your own nutrition prep and “new normal” for the long haul. You will also get a completion packet, which includes sample exercises and nutrition tips. The goal is to make sure you are comfortable managing your lifestyle and wellness choices on your own.
Do I need to order special food?
No, we will provide you with an easy-to-prepare, clean eating menu. You don’t have to be a gourmet chef to follow your customized menu. You’ll be able to make meals from items at your local grocery stores with minimal time spent cooking.
What type of workouts do I need to complete?
We require 60 minutes of activity each day—7 days a week. If you are new to exercising, or just getting back to, activities could include walking around the block, using a treadmill or the elliptical. If you are already regularly workout, exercises could include spinning, HIIT workouts, yoga, or the occasional running/jogging. You can start at your own pace—we just ask that you continue to push yourself each day.
What if I have an injury? Or suffer from a past injury?
Our workout commitment can be physically demanding. Please get clearance from your physician before signing up.
