Many people have great results using simple nutrition change suggestions but for those that need a little more structure; we offer "goal-based" nutrition planning services that help you take all the guesswork out of nutrition for optimal health, optimal fat burning, muscle-building or sports performance.

Customized one-on-one nutrition consults are held with resident nutrition expert, head coach and co-owner, Catherine Andersen. As a certified NESTA Fitness Nutrition Specialist, she offers private nutrition consultation options, all based on your goals.

The 30-Day Nutrition Clean-Up & Slim Down package is for anyone who has struggled with nutrition and is ready to stop the guessing game with food once and for all. You will work hand in hand with a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist to create a success lifestyle change and start moving quickly toward your health and wellness goals.

Once you complete the 30-day jump-start, you will have the tools to create and manage your own nutrition prep and “new normal” for the long haul. You will also get a “completion packet” with tons of exercise and nutrition tips. The goal is to make sure clients are comfortable managing their lifestyle and wellness choices on their own.
