Achieve Personal Fitness offers personalized fitness coaching in 30-minute and 60-minute customized sessions. This gives our clients all the benefits of one-on-one training and supervision in an effective, affordable, and quick session.

Customized, personal one-on-one training is great for clients with a specific fitness goal such as improved muscular definition, level of lean body mass, or loss of excess body fat. It's also great for someone who is coming back from an injury or a long time off of from working out. This is a customized split training program of fatiguing different muscles as well as full body workouts. Sessions can range from 1, 2, or 3 days per week. 

Personal training sessions can be held at various indoor and outdoor locations (weather permitting):

  • Achieve Personal Fitness’ home studio in Shorewood
  • Planet Fitness in Shorewood (709 E Capitol Dr)
  • Balance Fitness in Whitefish Bay (121 E Silver Spring Dr)
  • A client's home
