If I buy a 100-PACK, can I share it with my spouse or child? 

Yes, that is what makes that option so good! We are able to link family members together in MindBody to share pricing packages*. Each time one of you attends a group class, MindBody will subtract a session from your total number of sessions when you sign-in.

*Family members and significant others can only share Class Packages, not Unlimited Contracts. If you would like to share a class package, please email info@achievepersonalfitness.com once you have purchased your pricing option online.


What if I buy a 100-PACK and run out of sessions before my expiration date?

Great, that means you worked out more than you planned and you’re kicking butt! If you use all your sessions, you can purchase another 100-Pack or any of the Class Packages that best fit your needs (please make note of expiration dates).

Which Loyalty Package is best for me?

If you were a 2 or 3-day "Platinum Member" in the past (prior to 2019), and you intend to workout the same amount, the 100-PACK is a great option. If you plan to attend group classes more often (remember, pricing options include access to ALL group classes!), 4 x week plus some extra group classes here and there, a 12 Months Unlimited Contract is a better, more cost-effective option.


What if I want to pay before January 1, 2019?

Not to worry, we will activate your new pricing option once your previous one expires.


Okay, I’m in! How do I pay?

View pricing options online. Click BUY NOW next to the package you wish to purchase. This will take you to your MindBody account to sign-in and pay for that pricing option. *Please note: if you are purchasing a 3-month or 12-month commitment plan, which are billed monthly (vs. one-time payments), you must purchase on the website (vs. the MindBody app) since both plans are automatic renewals.
