        This is a combined nutrition and goal writing seminar. We will discuss empowerment over food, and how to allow for flexibility and variety when planning nutrition. We will discuss the five key rules for effective and attainable goal writing.

Policy Reminders

CONTRACT FREEZES

If you wish to freeze or suspend your contract, you may do so for a period of no less than one month and no more than three months during the term of your Agreement. Clients must provide an advanced written notice to info@achievepersonalfitness.com prior to the start of the freeze. Client shall pay a $40.00 hold fee if the freeze is unrelated to a diagnosed injury or medical condition that prevents you from engaging in the services offered under this Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No late fee for cancellations on group classes. Cancel anytime by logging into your MindBody account. This is only applicable to group classes. Late fees for canceling may apply for special events and personal training.
